Thanks for using the help desk. Maintenance Notice: PLEASE READ! Windows 7 End of Life Windows 7 is coming to end of its life and you have two options. You can use a new computer or your old one. It does not matter which as long as it is windows 10. However if you are thinking of using the old computer I would not recommend using the upgrade feature, I would recommend having someone install a fresh copy of Windows 10 with the Hard drive being wiped clean. This will prevent and underlying issues with the current operating system from transferring to your new Windows 10 operating system. If purchasing a new computer our recommendation is that your amount of ram should be at least 6 GB (8GB recommended). None at this time. Steps before creating a ticket: Check your internet connection. If stable, then Log out of software, wait 5 minutes, then log back in. If issue persists, then Reboot your computer. If issue persists, then Call CSS to confirm the issue isn't system wide. If not, then Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time. If you have submitted a ticket outside of these hours please note it will not be viewed or assigned until normal hours resume the next business day. If this is an emergency, please contact CSS as they will need to phone the IT department to alert them to this ticket.
